Mattia Del Treste is a strategy consultant at AFRY, where he advises energy clients on investment strategy, innovation, and the energy transition. He previously worked at Accenture Strategy, focusing on digital transformation and AI-driven growth in the energy sector. With a background in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Mattia has led multi-million euro strategic assessments, due diligence, and innovation initiatives. He also co-founded an EdTech startup and is passionate about venture capital, especially in supporting deep-tech founders shaping the future with scalable AI solutions.

Andrea Zápachová began her career in a notable early-stage VC firm and quickly ascended the ranks specializing in SaaS and green tech startups. Her hands-on experience in business development and partnership-building at an early-stage startup has endowed her with a deep understanding of startup operations and challenges.
